Financial Controller

Job Profile
Blusource Finance are currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller with sector experience in Agriculture.

You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA; ACMA; ACCA) reporting into the Managing Director of the division with a dotted line into the group FD. You will drive projects with the MD to deliver their growth plan; drive reduction in working capital, ensure there is a clear framework for business and financial controls in place and support the MD with business direction, strategy and planning. You will have previous experience at FD or FC level with some experience of systems migration and examples of improving the finance performance from your previous finance teams.
