To be a successful Horti Manager you
will consistently demonstrate the effective management of the Horti areas
including plant area, core gardening & indoor plant area. You will be key
in managing the day to day running of the departments, from maintaining the
standards in the department to presenting the skills required to manage the
team.You will also act as a duty
manager for the garden world in the absence of the General Manager. A passion for horticulture, enthusiasm and
proven management experience in a high volume established garden centre will
sow the seeds of success for you at Dobbies.
